Presence. Stillness. Transformation. Her work is rooted in the ancient wisdom traditions of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zen Buddhism, and Advaita Vedanta, gently woven together with contemporary understandings of the nervous system, embodiment, and conscious awareness.

Having trained, served (Seva), and taught at Advaita Ashrama in India, Raven's teaching is deeply influenced by the Vedic philosophy of non-duality—the recognition that beneath the constant movement of the mind exists a silent awareness that has always been whole.

Everything she offers arises from this understanding.

Not as something to achieve.

But as something to remember.

Yin Yoga
Raven's Yin Yoga classes are an invitation to slow down.

To soften.

To listen.

Postures are held in stillness for two to seven minutes, allowing time for the connective tissue, joints, fascia, and nervous system to gradually release long-held patterns of tension.

Rooted in the meridian system of Traditional Chinese Medicine and inspired by the simplicity of Zen practice, Yin Yoga becomes far more than physical stretching—it becomes a meditation in presence.

Most postures are seated or lying down, making the practice accessible to every body, regardless of age, flexibility, or previous experience.

There is nothing to perform.

Nothing to accomplish.

Only an invitation to arrive exactly as you are.

Meditation
Meditation is at the heart of Raven's work.

Drawing from both ancient contemplative traditions and modern understanding of the mind, she guides a wide range of meditation practices designed to support clarity, inner peace, and self-inquiry.

Whether sitting or lying down, each practice is offered with gentleness and simplicity, meeting every participant exactly where they are.

No previous experience is needed.

Only a willingness to be present.

Healing
Alongside her teaching, Raven works as an energetic healer and certified NADA Acupuncturist.

She meets every person with deep respect and trust in the body's innate intelligence and its natural capacity to restore balance when given the space to do so.

Her work is never about fixing.

It is about creating the conditions in which healing can unfold naturally.

Retreats & Teacher Trainings
Raven facilitates retreats, immersive experiences, and professional teacher trainings for those wishing to deepen both their personal practice and their capacity to guide others.

Her teaching is known for its depth, authenticity, warmth, and quiet presence.

Whether welcoming complete beginners or experienced practitioners, she creates spaces where insight, rest, transformation, and genuine connection arise organically.

An Invitation
Perhaps the greatest teaching Raven offers is also the simplest.

To let go.

To soften your grip on who you think you need to be.

To rest in the quiet awareness that has always been here.

Everything else unfolds from there.
